Location was bomb! Right by the slopes and easy access to the gondola. Staff were awesome, super friendly and helpful. Dining room felt relaxed with a great vibe, and the food was tasty. Wine with meals was a nice perk!

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

i expected an absoluteley luxurious stay but was met with small rooms and slow lifts. also, the spa was a complete letdown, just woudl ve been delightful if staff actually cared. how shocking that adequate room amenities weren’t provided. almost wanted to leave a better review, but just couldn’t, as they definitely fell short in every way imaginable.

Family with children loved it

The atmosphere was great, very family-friendly. The kids loved the Mini Club, especially with activities like sledding and mini-disco, they just couldn’t get enough of it.

It wasn’t a bargain, but the value felt right overall.

The hotel is super close to the slopes, making it easy to ski on and off. The kids loved the activities tailored for 4 to 10-year-olds, and we enjoyed a lovely view from our room. The food had a variety of options, which was a win.

In my wife’s opinion, they could improve the kids' club communication.

Great Base for Skiing Adventures

Comfortable stay with a compact Double Room offering mountain views. Meals were good, though lunch lacked options for hot beverages. Enjoy the lively communal areas and the fun entertainment provided. Pro tip, don’t forget a carrier bag for your ski boots! a pleasant experience for our family.
